Zarbi

I started at Salambo Productions as a concept artist, working on the pre-prod of a Teletoon’s tv serie called “Les histoires bizarres du professeur Zarbi”. I developed the general look of the show, as well as the main characters, the backgrounds and the props aesthetics. After several discussions with the animation department, I created the firsts 2D puppets, and established a technical and artistical reference guide for the other designers. I created the hands sets, the labial sets, the eyelids sets and the character/expression sheets. After a few months, I was promoted to art director, and was in charge of the designers team for the 5 following years.
